This page explains how to delete your PronoGo account (an app published by Mehdi Bouhaouala) and the data associated with it.
1. Delete your account from the app (recommended)
- Open the PronoGo app and sign in.
- Open the profile panel (avatar at the top) → Settings.
- Tap “Delete my account”.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Six categories of data remain nonetheless, for legal reasons or because they belong to other players: they are listed in section 4.
⚠️ Uninstalling the app does NOT delete your account or your data. Use the procedure above, or the email request below.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app (lost device, app uninstalled, forgotten password), send an email to pronogo.dev@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “PronoGo account deletion”. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
3. Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed:
- your sign-in account (email, credentials, including Google/Apple sign-in);
- your profile (display name, favorite team, level, XP, badges);
- your game data: cards, decks, predictions, progression, virtual currencies (PronoCoins, Goalards), mini-games, mythic cards;
- your league participations and your rankings — with one exception, described in section 4: your standings row in a league still in progress is kept, anonymized as “Deleted account”;
- your referral links (friend code);
- the reports you filed, and your list of blocked players;
- the card images you published when sharing, along with any league cover images uploaded before that feature was switched off on August 19, 2026;
- your push notification token.
Virtual currencies and unconsumed purchases are lost without compensation (see Terms of Service, section 6.3).
4. Data that is kept
Six categories remain — either because the law requires it, or because they also belong to the other players. These are exactly the six exceptions listed in our Privacy Policy:
- in-app purchase (IAP) records: kept in a form dissociated from your game profile, for accounting, tax and anti-fraud purposes, for the legally required duration;
- messages you already posted in a league that carries on without you: erasing them would leave holes in other members’ conversation. They are purged automatically after 30 days;
- your standings row in a league still in progress: removing it would distort the result for the other participants. It is anonymized as “Deleted account” and disappears when that league ends;
- your place in a finished season’s hall of fame: it is the shared history of the game, and rewriting it would change other players’ standings. Only already public information appears there (display name, height reached, tier);
- anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (not linkable to you);
- report files concerning a message you had posted: they document the handling of a report filed by another player. The message itself is already gone (30-day purge); only the moderation record remains. The reports you filed yourself are deleted along with your account.
Finally, independently of these six categories, a copy of your data may remain temporarily in the technical backups of our hosting provider, Google Cloud Firestore. Their retention period is set by Google, not by us (Google Cloud privacy notice).
For any question about your data: pronogo.dev@gmail.com.
